Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- ¾ cup White flour
- ¼ cup Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Coffee
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Sugared vanilla
Wet ingredients:
- less than ½ cup Sugar
- ⅔ cup Water
- ¼ cup Oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C/ 365 F.
- Sift the dry ingredient in a alrge bowl then mix.
- Add water, oil and sugar and combine using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into a battered and floured cake pan.
- Spread some vegan chocolate spread (optional).
- Bake for 45 min (a knife should come out dry).
- Allow to cool down then sread more vegan chocolate spread and chocolate sprinkle. Enjoy !
