Chocolate cake

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup White flour 200 G
  • ¼ cup Cacao powder 30 G
  • ½ cup Sugar less than 80 G
  • 1 tsp Baking powder 1 sachet de 7 g
  • 1 tsp Sugared vanilla 1 sachet de 7 G
  • ½ tsp Coffee 1/2 c.à.c.
  • cup Water 160 ml
  • ¼ cup Oil unflavoured 60 ml
  • OPTIONAL: vegan chocolate spread and sprinkles.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C/ 365 F.
  • Sift the dry ingredients in a alrge bowl then mix.
  • Add water, oil and sugar and combine using a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into a battered and floured cake pan.
  • Spread some vegan chocolate spread (optional).
  • Bake for 45 min (a knife should come out dry).
  • Allow to cool down then sread more vegan chocolate spread and chocolate sprinkle. Enjoy !
