A quick healthy delicious snack to satisfy your random sweet craving. Using toasted oat, frozen or fresh raspberries, sweetened with dates and rolled in shredded coconut. Make them ahead and store them in the fridge.

Raspberry bliss balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup Oat old fashion slightly toasted in the oven
  • ¾ cup Medjool dates pitted or 100% date paste
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Desiccated coconut the balls will be coated in coconut, feel free to adjust the amount

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add: oat, raspberries, dates and chia seeds. Blend to homogenous dough like consistency. You may need to scrape down the sides once or twice.
  • Roll into 20 equals balls (feel free to adjust to roll less or more balls it's up to you), then coat in desiccated coconut.
  • Enjoy or chill until needed. Bon appétit !
