When I’m craving a chocolaty guilt free dessert, I go for this moist tender chocolat mug cake. It’s sugar free and oil free, loaded with nutriments and proteins (which fill you up for real ! not like the empty calories dessert). PLUS it’s ready in 20 min !

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Oat blended into flour
- 3 Tbsp White all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseeds ground into meal consistency
- 3 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 small Banana mashed with a fork around 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 2 Tbsp Date molasses or date paste
- ½ cup Soy milk unsweetened or water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Baking powder
For garnishing:
- Dash Powdered sugar
- Strawberries and blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 80°C/ 356 F.
- In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients: oat flour, all purpose white flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, cacao powder and baking powder. In a separate bowl whisk together the mashed banana with date molasses and soy milk.
- Now add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine thoroughly.
- Pour the cake batter into a mug (of a capacity of around 1 cup). Bake for 25 min. Let cool down before serving and garnish with a dash of powdered sugar and fruits.
