Ingredients:
for the tofu spread:
- Tofu firm 7 oz (200g)
- Thym dried 2 Tbsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp mashed
- Olives chopped 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
to serve:
- Rice crackers 2
- Apple 1/2 sliced into 4 wedges
- Peanut butter 1 Tbsp
Instructions:
for the tofu spread:
- In a jar or glass container, mix all ingredients together.
- Store in fridge up to 7 days.
let’s plate:
- Spread 2 Tbsp of herbed tofu on each rice crackers.
- Spread the peanut butter over the apple slices.
