Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oat flour
  • cup Almond meal
  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Dark chocolate chips roughly chopped
  • A few chopped almond to garnish the cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 200°C/ 356 F.
  • Layer a parchment paper on the oven tray and set aside.
  • In a bowl mix together: oat flour, almond meal, sugar, sugared vanilla, baking powder and sea salt.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together: water, tahini and almond butter.
  • Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and bring the dough together using a spatula.
  • Add the dark chocolate chips and fold into the dough with the spatula.
  • Shape 12 cookies and top with chopped almond.
  • Bake for 30 min or until golden.
  • Transfer the cookies to a cooling tray and let cool down for 15 min.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in a cookie jar up to 5 days.
