Ingredients
- ½ cup Oat flour
- ⅓ cup Almond meal
- 2 Tbsp Almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Dark chocolate chips roughly chopped
- A few chopped almond to garnish the cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 200°C/ 356 F.
- Layer a parchment paper on the oven tray and set aside.
- In a bowl mix together: oat flour, almond meal, sugar, sugared vanilla, baking powder and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk together: water, tahini and almond butter.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and bring the dough together using a spatula.
- Add the dark chocolate chips and fold into the dough with the spatula.
- Shape 12 cookies and top with chopped almond.
- Bake for 30 min or until golden.
- Transfer the cookies to a cooling tray and let cool down for 15 min.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a cookie jar up to 5 days.
