for the tofu spread:
- Tofu firm 8.8 oz (250g)
- Thym dried 2 Tbsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp pressed
- Olives chopped 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
to serve:
- toasted bread
- rice crackers
Instructions:
for the tofu spread:
- In a jar or glass container, mix all ingredients together.
- Store in fridge up to 7 days.
- Spread on toasted whole bread or crackers.
