Ingredients:

for the tofu spread:

  • Tofu firm 8.8 oz (250g)
  • Thym dried 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp pressed
  • Olives chopped 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

to serve:

  • toasted bread
  • rice crackers

Instructions:

for the tofu spread:

  1. In a jar or glass container, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Store in fridge up to 7 days.
  3. Spread on toasted whole bread or crackers.
